The initial inventory management assessment ensures we understand what is needed to keep your project on track, from new parts to get going, verify what parts are already available, and to determine what all is required.
On the tactical side, SMC manages quotes and forecasts efficiently, helping purchasing visualize how the shift will occur, confirming all needs are met in the transition.
Once we begin the manufacturing process, our internal teams help keep the project on track, preventing any delays which can happen in transition. Weekly calls with all partners focused on transitioning all aspects of the project to SMC are held to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
